Connor Austin Jones is a multi-hyphenate creator based out of LA.
As a creator, he's received recognition for his short script 'Sophomore' and pilot script 'On The Line' with a QF placement in ScreenCraft's '20 Film Fund Competition and selection for Gotham’s ‘22 TV Series Lab Fellowship, respectively.
As a director, he's studied directing with the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale - under Evan Yionoulis and Pat Diamond - and has directed three short films (‘Game Night’, “WLIAS’, ‘On The Line (OTL)’)
As an actor, he studies with the Identity School of Acting, with credits including featured roles in Lovecraft Country and NBC's Killer Siblings. He’s also been accepted into UCLA’s Professional Producing program and will be attending in the Winter, to develop as an aspiring producer.
The up-and-coming creator has a tenacity that carries him through his varied interests within the industry. He sees every moment on set as an opportunity to learn; coming open and prepared to tell stories rooted in the black experience with empathy and respect for his characters as humans with varied backgrounds.
